A great WordPress statistics plug-in

I needed a stats plug-in for my self hosted install of WordPress and I came across Statpress, I am really impressed with it, lots of charts and data for analysis. The overview page alone gives you everything you are likely to need at a glance, I can check visitors, page views, spiders and RSS feeds.

If you need a stats plug-in for your self hosted install I recommend giving it a try, find it here. As with all WordPress plug-ins install is super simple, just upload the folder and activate.

Firefox caching driving you nuts while developing SWF files? A great solution.

Yup, it drives me crazy too. When developing and testing all the time in the browser Firefox drives me crazy as it seems to love caching the files even though they are newer than the one in the cache, clearly it is as you just published it to test right?

Well thanks to this post on Flex Pasta there is a very easy solution to the problem. A big thank you to Brian for uncovering a solution to the pain.
